Ramiro Martinez

Executive Director of the Rhythm-Quest Performance Ensembles

Ramiro Martinez Jr. has been teaching in northwestern Illinois for many years. Ramiro has performed with the Rock Falls Marching Rockets, the Rockford Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps and many rock bands in the northwestern Illinois area. Ramiro currently teaches at Rock Falls, Geneseo, Rochelle, and Sterling High Schools, as well as the Woodlawn Arts Academy, and maintains a studio in Sterling where he teaches lessons.

Patrick Anderson

Mr. Anderson is originally from Elk Grove Village, where he was active in music from a young age. A graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Mr. Anderson was a member of the University Wind Ensemble and was the lead trumpet in Millikin Jazz I ensemble all four years. His first job out of college was teaching K-12 music in Ohio, Illinois. In 2014 he was hired as the Director of Music in Polo, where he taught for three years. Mr. Anderson is very excited to be in Rock Falls and hopes to be here for many years to come. His greatest musical accomplishment is having performed with the National Wind Ensemble on the stage of Carnegie Hall in New York as a senior in high school.

Devin Lott
Guitar/Vocals Coach, Rhythm-Quest Rocks

Devin Lott is the guitar vocal coach for Rhythm-Quest Rocks. Devin has been playing guitar for ten years and has participated in the Rhythm-Quest Rocks class during his high school years. He has played with Monarch and Lobotomite and currently lives in Rock Falls.
